Spiced green beans with halloumi

  • 1 Block Halloumi
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 500g Green beans
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper To taste


  • Slice and grill the Halloumi and then chop into blocks
  • Fry the onions in oil of your choice until translucent
  • Add the green beans and stir fry for a minute.
  • Add spices and sesame seeds and stir fry until you can smell the spices (around 5 minutes)
  • Add the halloumi and move to a low heat for another 5-8 minutes.
  • Serve
