How is Wednesday already?

Egg and avo on toast

Toasted rye bread, avo with some salt and over easy fried eggs.

Spinach and egg.

Corn and cheese omelette, spinach fried with corn and served with tahina

Peri peri chicken livers

Served with mash and steamed veg

Chicken livers were made similar to

Beef mince with mushroms

Served with cous cous and spinach.
